Wall decoration with jewelry holder in a boho look

I haven’t wished you all a happy new year at all! To a year full of creative energy and zest for action! Unfortunately, due to illness, I wasn’t quite fit, so I can only really start here now. January is always all about order for me, cupboards are cleared out and old ballast thrown off in order to start fresh. It’s always a fresh start on a small scale, but I really like it. As the first DIY project in the new year, I thought of a wall decoration on which chains find their place in a very decorative way. And the whole thing in just 15 minutes :)!

The small mirror is actually a glass coaster from a decoration store, but you can also use a round pocket mirror.

You need for the wall decoration:

  • three round wooden sticks with a diameter of 0.5 cm, each 30 cm long
  • a small mirror (diameter approx. 10 cm)
  • Cord or leather cord
  • Picture hanger with double-sided adhesive tape
  • Curtain hooks (in the hardware store near the curtain rods and accessories)

How to do it:

Thread the curtain hooks on a rod and tie the three rods together with the cord to form a triangle. Attach the picture hanger to the mirror and this to the triangle with a cord.

That’s it, I don’t even know how I could artificially elongate the instructions – but I still think the result is pretty chic.

If you’re tidying up and redecorating yourself, have a look at my other decorating ideas that would go well with them, e.g. the garland with minerals or the mandala picture :).

Have a nice rest of the week, I think we all have to get going again after such a long vacation time, are you the same? I am currently planning my blog year a little and am focusing on my work. It is clear that pottery should not be missing! You can look forward to some nice tutorials soon that you can imitate without a potter’s wheel!
